SPECIAL ALERT FOR NEW YORK RESIDENTS

 

As well, for State of New York residents, due to state regulations (NY Public Health Law Section 574), all clinical laboratories (including our lab) are prohibited from testing biological specimens (including blood, urine, hair, saliva, etc) collected within the state without a special permit provided by the state of NY.  The lab will therefore not process hair samples collected from residents of the state of New York or showing a NY mailing or shipping address. 

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ORDERING DNA

 

We also provide DNA testing with some of our packages.  Our DNA kits are shipped free to our clients within North America. For clients outside of North America who order DNA Testing by itself, or as included within the Gold or Platinum Packages, there is a $50 fee added to help partially cover our shipping cost of the DNA kit.
