There are some countries that have exclusive distributor agreements with the Trace Elements Lab, meaning the actual HTMA lab test itself must be ordered locally in some countries.  If your country of residence is on this list, I can still work with you, however on a consultation basis only.  Residents of the following countries need to order the actual lab test through a local provider.  Feel free to contact me if you need assistance locating the provider in your country.

As well, for State of New York residents: Due to state regulations (NY Public Health Law Section 574), the lab is unable to process hair samples collected from residents of the state of New York showing a NY mailing or shipping address.

Our DNA kits are shipped free to our clients within North America. For clients outside of North America who order DNA Testing, or the Gold or Platinum Packages, there is a $50 fee added to help partially cover our shipping cost of the DNA kit.
